Bookings for Spa Treatments

At Saltair Spa we advise that you make your bookings well in advance so that we can provide you with all of your desired treatments and any special requirements. You can book all of our treatments right here on our website or call us at your preferred location where one of our friendly staff members will be able to assist you with any queries that you may have. Prices may be subject to change without notice.

Credit Card details or a Gift Voucher number are required to secure your booking. A 50% deposit is required for all group bookings.

Saltair Day Spa Cancellation Policy

Saltair Spa requires that you give 24 hours notice if you wish to cancel your appointment.  A 50% fee of your selected treatment will be deducted if you fail to arrive for your appointment or no advanced notice of cancellation has been given (less than 24 hours notice).

Arrival Time

We encourage you to arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment so that you have plenty of time to relax, complete any paperwork needed and ensure that you do not cut into any of your designated treatment time as it will conclude at the scheduled time. Upon booking, our receptionist will provide you with your arrival time for your treatment. Please plan your day carefully as all treatments will conclude at the scheduled time.

Port Melbourne Wheelchair Access

We ask that if you require wheelchair access to Saltair Day Spa Port Melbourne that you alert the friendly Reception team at time of booking and arrival, so our team can ensure an ease of access for you during entry and departure.

What to Wear for Day Spa Treatments

We ask that you please arrive freshly showered and wearing comfortable clothing. Spa attire such as disposable underwear, robes and slippers will be provided for body treatments.

Saltair Massage Sequence

At Saltair, we wish to provide you with a quality massage experience. If there are any areas that you wish our therapists to avoid, we ask that you please make this known prior to your treatment so that we can ensure that you have the most enjoyable treatment possible.

To begin our Full Body Massage, we will work on the Back (inclusive of Glutes) and then down to the Back of Legs and Feet. We will then guide you to turn over and commence our Front of Body sequence – this begins with the Front of Legs and Feet, then moving up to the Arms and Hands, concluding with the Neck & Décolletage.  *This may be subject to change, pending any of your special requests and/or avoidance areas.

Day Spa Etiquette

As Saltair Spa provides a tranquil and relaxing environment for you to enjoy your treatments in, we ask that you respect all of our clients by using a lowered voice and ensuring that all mobile phones are turned off prior to entering the spa.

Gift Vouchers

Gift Vouchers are available for all treatments, products, packages and programs. Purchases can be made online, at reception, by telephone or by email and vouchers can be sent to the purchaser or recipient via Australia Post. We offer both standard and express post options. Gift Vouchers cannot be redeemed on Sundays or Public Holidays and they are not refundable or transferable for cash. All Gift Vouchers are valid for 3 years. Any concerns relating to the expiry of the Gift Vouchers please contact us to discuss.

Payment for Day Spa Treatments

Saltair Spa accepts cash, EFTPOS, Bankcard, MasterCard, Visa’s and Saltair Spa Gift Vouchers. There are no additional bank charges for use of EFTPOS or debit cards. A 1.5% charge is applicable to all credit cards. Sundays and Public Holiday surcharges may apply.
